Caterina works with PMI Factory on leadership, organisation, mobilisation and HR topics. Most recently in 2007, she founded HR Consulting Network with other senior HR executives. In this role, she has worked for an international HR outsourcing company and for pharma clients on HR and people development topics. Prior to this, from 2000 onwards she was Organisation Manager in Italy for Schering AG, a pharma multinational, later becoming HR Director. She started her career at Gemini Consulting, today part of Capgemini, where she was responsible for the Leadership, Mobilisation and Renewal practice. She has worked in several organizational projects in telecoms, media, pharma, consumer goods and banking in Italy and abroad.
Her key competencies are: organizational design and rightsizing, people development, talent management, leadership programs, and project management.
Caterina Manzoni has a degree in Management at Bocconi University, a Maitrise in Strategy at Université de Louvain la Neuve, Belgium and a Masters in Labour Law. She is an active member of HBA, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association , and of the Advisory Board of the HR Area of the Bocconi University. She speaks French and English.
