Tools & Templates are a Key Building Block in Our Appro
ach. We design Tools and Templates to accelerate the on-boarding of experts from various fields, and execute seamlessly PMI Projects. They are based on our own vision of the PMI process.
This covers the different integration areas and workstreams as well as the Program Office.
We work on co-developping new tools and templates through an Innovation Work Program related to our Consultants' Training Program.
We Process PMI Projects through Two Alternative Platforms: M&A Accelerator (Fair M&A) and Enablon PMI Solution:

M&A Accelerator is a dedicated web-based M&A collaborative platform initially developped by Valchemy and acquired and improved by IBM. It covers the entire M&A process, from strategy to implementation with a wide range of web-based functionalities. Fair M&A distributes the M&A Accelerator platform. PMI Factory works with Fair M&A on the PMI aspects of this platform and may use this platform with its own clients.
PMI Factory works also with Enablon. The Enablon solution is an easy-to-customise solution, bringing a high degree of flexibility in development terms. Enablon develops solutions for major groups bridging operational data and reporting tools with financial data.
PMI Factory leverages IT for a wide range of activities e.g. the relations with advisory firms (capabilities mapping, document sharing, commercial coordination,...), international deal flow information, video-conferencing,...
We Conduct Training Sessions with Consultants from Different Firms, Covering the Different Aspects of the Hub Operating Model:
The Level One Training Session is a 1-day intensive session enabling consultants at senior manager or principal level to capture the integration programme management aspects. It deals with the programme architecture and set-up, the synergy identification and budgetting process, the risks and issues management, the communication and mobilisation techniques and the tactical management aspects. It brings together 10-12 experienced practitioners from various expert fields, to secure their cooperative mindset.
The Level Two Training Program is made of half-days sessions with Partnering firms on Commercial coordination and selling issues. It aims at providing partners from the various Hub-related firms a joint approach on PMI issues and approaches.
The Level Three Training Program is made of 1-day sessions focusing on optimisation techniques.
We Develop Our Own View Points on M&A and PMI Issues and Trends :
