Stefano has worked for c.20 years on IT-related issues. He has a considerable experience in IT Project Management and a thorough knowledge of the entire software life cycle starting from Advisory in pre-sale phase and up to the post deployment Service Management. Stefano has managed projects both as a consultant, a client and a systems’ integrator and has acquired a 360° experience of a number of topics, such as planning, controlling, budgeting, issue management and reporting. Driven by delivering results on time and budget, he pays a special attention to people management.
Stefano has worked on IT integration projects in the financial services, the automotive and the telecom sectors. He has managed implementation projects covering the entire business value chain (purchasing, production planning, logistics, finance, HR, CRM, shared service centers...). He has been in charge of the project management methods at a leading Italian software firm.
Stefano has a Computer Science Degree from the Università di Scienze MFN, Torino. His professional trainings include the ITIL Foundation Certificate, the Siebel Management Overview (Siebel Systems, UK), the BaaN user (all the environments) and the Accounting Overview (BICC, in UK). He speaks English, French and Spanish.
