2. Project Design & Staffing | Customise approach on a project per project basis. | Identify with the client (ideally in a joint team approach) the relevant set of expertise required.
Organise contacts with the appropriate experts and advisory firms and launch an Integrated Pursuit Team (IPT). Develop the most relevant approach with the IPT, in accordance with the different expertise involved, their experience and specific constraints.

3. Project Execution | Ensure high-quality standards in terms of delays, delivery of benefits, and management of risks and issues.
