Justin has 20 years experience in strategy, transformation, and IT consulting. Most recently he has been involved in post-merger integration projects for industries including food processing, logistics and financial services. From 2001 to 2004, he ran his own consulting business in Munich focused on the development of the mobile internet. Prior to that, at Diebold Consulting, part of Daimler Chrysler, he created and led the mobile consulting business, coaching major telecoms transformation projects. At Gemini Consulting he co-managed the Transformation Centre of Excellence and led the Mergers and Alliances Centre of Excellence. as well as working on transformation and process reengineering projects. Between 1992 and 1994, he worked together with Professor Philippe Haspeslagh, researching post-merger integration at INSEAD. He started his career working at The MAC Group, a strategy boutique founded by professors at Harvard Business School.
His consulting experience has given him a broad experience of industries including telecoms, mobile, IT, financial services, retail, consumer goods, packaging and automotive. He has lived in Belgium, France, Germany, the UK and the US, and worked across Europe and the US.
Justin read Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Oxford and has an MBA from INSEAD. He speaks German and understands French.
