Distant identification of advisors is quite easy - even at a global level. Experts' bios are explicit due to the development of international educational backgrounds and/or personal involvement in projects with international brands.
- However, this expertise market liquidity and fongibility does not fully match the corporate demand of a perfect fit with the context-driven needs.
- This mis-match is difficult to solve without a strong PMI experience and solid empathy:
- PMI contexts are complex and quickly evolving. Anticipation of potential problems is critical.
