• However, this expertise market liquidity and fongibility does not fully match the corporate demand of a perfect fit with the context-driven needs.

• This mis-match is difficult to solve without a strong PMI experience and solid empathy:
• PMI contexts are complex and quickly evolving. Anticipation of potential problems is critical.
